Services

Castle Rock Christmas Lights provides professional holiday light installation, permanent exterior lighting installation, maintenance, and related services in Castle Rock, Colorado and surrounding Douglas County communities. All services are subject to these terms.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during installation, changes in scope requested by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We schedule installations on a first-come, first-served basis. We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Weather-related delays may occur and will be communicated promptly. We reserve the right to reschedule installations due to unsafe weather conditions.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a bulb burns out or a strand comes loose during the season, we will repair it free of charge. Our maintenance guarantee covers the full holiday display season. Permanent lighting installations include a workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty on LED components.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property for installation and removal
Ensure exterior electrical outlets are in working condition
Inform us of any HOA restrictions, property-specific requirements, or known hazards
Keep the installation area accessible and free from obstructions
Notify us promptly of any issues with the lighting display

Property & Liability

We are fully licensed and insured with general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property during installation and removal. In the unlikely event of property damage caused by our work, we will repair or compensate for the damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather events, acts of nature, or third-party interference after installation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure payment processor. A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. Remaining balances are due upon completion of installation.

Light Storage

Off-season storage of holiday lights is included in our full-service packages. We carefully pack, label, and store your lights in our secure facility. Stored lights remain the property of Castle Rock Christmas Lights unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for damage to stored items caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

HOA Compliance

We work within HOA guidelines for installation and removal timelines. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with any specific HOA rules or deadlines. We will make every reasonable effort to comply with community requirements.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
