How holiday light scheduling actually works
Professional light installers in Castle Rock run a limited crew. We can't install 40 homes simultaneously. Installation windows are first-come, first-served, and the best dates go to clients who book early.
The peak installation window is November 1–December 10. After December 10, weather becomes unreliable, schedules compress, and availability shrinks fast.

Our 15% early booking discount (through September 1) exists because it helps us plan our season and helps you save money. It's a genuine win-win — not a gimmick.
A $1,200 Enhanced package booked in August is $1,020. The same package booked in November is $1,200. That $180 can cover a nice Christmas dinner.
What happens if you wait
Nothing catastrophic — you can usually still get installed in November. But:
- Your preferred date is less likely to be available
- You won't qualify for early booking pricing
- If we hit a warm-weather stretch (which Castle Rock gets every few years), late-season bookings can push close to Christmas
- You'll spend October stressed about it instead of excited
